Very proffesional Went into the dealership just seeking some information. But the deal Ronnie G presented was just to good to pass up. Ron and management understood my vehicle needs and we're quick with a solution. Ron has a lot of product knowledge and was quick to show and set up many of the infotainment features to help with the overall driving experience. Matt was quick with the finance end and able to get you on the road asap. This was my 6th truck purchase with Capital and would highly recommend Ronnie and the rest of the staff for your next purchase. More

Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgable of vehicle we were looking at and we didn't feel pressured into making a decision! Shaun and Gary worked very well at getting the price and payment to what worked with our budget. Very kid friendly dealership to keep them busy while we were there. John in parts was very helpful in researching and pricing for future parts/accessories. 3rd vehicle we had bought from there and will always go back. More

not at all satisfied I was not treated with respect by the finance person , had a lot of extras on the invoice that I did not want, IE: extended warranty , the wax protec I was not treated with respect by the finance person , had a lot of extras on the invoice that I did not want, IE: extended warranty , the wax protectant , etc , I did not want to have that cost added on the vehicle ,but yet was pressured into it by Kein ,as he said it would cost 3 time more for the warranty if I waited till the new vehicle warranty was up. I should have called off the deal right there and then , but I did not . I will NEVER buy another vehicle from CAPITAL ever again , and I tell every one ,that I talk to of the screw job I got at Capital GMC More
