Great service and experience We recently interacted with the Capital GMC dealership, on behalf of our daughter. She had seen a car online, and asked for our opinion of it, since s We recently interacted with the Capital GMC dealership, on behalf of our daughter. She had seen a car online, and asked for our opinion of it, since she is presently not living in the city. An appointment was set up with Anand. He was most professional and business like. He was able to answer our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, was happy to investigate other sources, and get us a response. He was friendly and not pushy, giving us a feeling of being listened to and being attended to with an honest intent to have us as future purchasers. We also dealt with Justin, who helped us close the deal. He too was very professional and genuine. He was very knowledgeable and available to assist in any way he could. Matt was the financial person who finished the car purchasing deal. He made the whole process painless and efficient. Having had a rather poor experience at a different dealership in the past, this experience was far better and would tend to have us investigate this dealership's products in the future. More

best car buying exeperience to date We arrived on Monday to take a look at the suv's that capital had to offer, after visiting a few other car lots in the city first I was frustrated and We arrived on Monday to take a look at the suv's that capital had to offer, after visiting a few other car lots in the city first I was frustrated and not hopeful i would find anything I would like. Sarath met us at the door of capital, invited us in making us feel very welcome at the lot., this was not the feeling we got at some of the other lots. I had a bit of an idea what I wanted when we came in to Capital, Sarath showed us 3 vehicles to start and offered to show us more if those weren't what we wanted. Once we found what we were looking for, we were whisked away to hands down the most organized fiance professional we have ever dealt with at any lot. Kevin quickly gather our info and sent it off to the necessary places. My hope was I might be in a new to us vehicle by early next week as has always been my experience with other lots hat it takes a number of days to get things sorted out not two total and we have the new Suv at home. 5 star service for sure!!! More
