Traded in my Terraine Hi I recently traded in my 2017 Terraine on a 2019 Cadillac, It was a great experience from start to finish. We were not even looking to buy that Hi I recently traded in my 2017 Terraine on a 2019 Cadillac, It was a great experience from start to finish. We were not even looking to buy that day. First contact was with Austin Czernick who sold us the SUV. Then dealt with Chad Barabonoff for the financial issues. Last employee who reviewed the features of the SUV was Anand Sakkai. All three of the employees were professional, very knowledgable and great to deal with. I would recommend all of them to anyone looking to purchase. This is the third vehicle we have bought from this dealership and are very happy with the sales and service of all three. More

I was happy with the whole buying experience on my new 2020 gmc Denali 3500 hd. The only complaint I have is that the dealership didn’t feel comfortable enough to take apart the mirrors to colour match pa 2020 gmc Denali 3500 hd. A Great Purchase Experience From the start of our purchase of the 2020 XT5 Anand did an excellent job explaining all of the various lease options and available incentives. Communication was very timely and specific to the trim level of our choice. Lots of new technology and Anand did a great job showing and explaining the functionality. Answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, although had to explain more than once a few times as being seniors it took a bit of extra work. Good Job in this area Anand! From start to finish the sales process with Anand was seamless and the documentation with Jona completed quickly. If your in the market for a vehicle I would recommend Capital GM.
