This dealership has very poor customer service. The managers are rude. I had to keep calling about when my new car would be ready. I was told a couple days which turned into a couple weeks. I had t The managers are rude. I had to keep calling about when my new car would be ready. I was told a couple days which turned into a couple weeks. I had to buy gas for the loaner. I asked for some sort of compensation and was told I couple get a couple oil changes. I went to pick my car up and the salesperson was on a day off. His manger through me the keys because he was talking on his cell phone. When I asked about the gas money and oil changes the manager said he couldn’t help and walked away. This type of customer care is poor. I will let my family and friends know about this. It seemed like once they got my money, service ended. I hope this goes to the owners of capital GMC. More
