A struggle Sales manager ( NOT Abbie) got heated with us when discussing trade in prices. I dropped off my suv for the deatailing, splash gaurd’s and full tank o Sales manager ( NOT Abbie) got heated with us when discussing trade in prices. I dropped off my suv for the deatailing, splash gaurd’s and full tank of gas At 730am when I picked up at 500pm NOTHING was done so my suv had to go in AGAIN the next day. Abbie blamed that it was his day off that’s why nothing was done. We were possibly going to buy a truck as well but NOT from this FORD! As far as the trade in as well I had 2.5 years of extra warranty left sales manager not Abbie told us it would go into my suv. Jilles finance guy tried to fix it but what’s done is done so I basically gave you free stuff ! I’m NOT impressed! More

Sales and service are key to a good dealership The reason I chose to buy new at Capital ford was due to a previous issue I had with my 2016 F150. The dealer where I purchased it was unable to solve the problem and had washed their hands of me. One trip to Capitals service department and Mike McManus was on it. It took a few visits to pinpoint a very difficult issue to find but they never gave up. When it was time to replace my 2016 there was no hesitation to visit the showroom. Sam Criddle stepped up spent hours test driving and answering all of my questions never mind finding a truck in the colour with the options I wanted with the help of Pratik Patel it was found and presented . Once we haggled on prices back and forth a deal was set and finance took over. Brittany Poissant is a pleasure to deal with, explained my options and got things done in under an hour. They even rushed to get the truck ready so I could take it that evening, picked it back up to finish the cleaning and retuned it to me . That’s what service is supposed to be like More

2016 Jeep Compass Tanya and Mohammad were good to deal with. Rajat has no interest, no people skills, and lacked knowledge of the vehicle they picked out for me - appar Tanya and Mohammad were good to deal with. Rajat has no interest, no people skills, and lacked knowledge of the vehicle they picked out for me - apparently the ONLY SUV in my $20,000 price range. I made 2 appointments, nothing was ready, nothing was what I expected. I was frustrated and annoyed the entire time. Michael was rude and hostile. Tanya was very friendly and easy to deal with, as well as Mohammad. I bought the vehicle because I liked it. I'm left with 2 questions. 1) Rajat has not followed up on my question about there being a second key for my vehicle, yet I received an email from him telling me about how much I will enjoy my vehicle and that I should recommend him to friends; 2) that I can't understand how my used vehicle had no floor mats and no owner's manual, or even a reference to where to find one? really shows how much my sales guy cares about what he's selling. I hope that Tanya and Mohammad get a portion of the commission, they actually deserve it all. I bought the floor mats. I wouldn't mind a spare key for my vehicle at your cost. More
