This was the first service to my vehicle & my first experience at Capital Ford service. From the moment I arrived at 7:15 am, I was pleasantly greeted by Alex who ended up being Awesome! Talk about personalized & caring service. Alex kept me informed at each step, went over what had been checked on my vehicle & the results. He provided me with coupons for future use & then proceeded to wash my vehicle before returning it to me. I have always been one to purchase with future service in mind. Often times, once a purchase is made, service goes out the window. Service is what keeps a customer coming back. Capital Ford exceeded my expectations at purchase time & have now exceeded my expectations with their service. I have to give credit to Alex, service tech, for his incredible customer service. All the employees are helpful and we never once felt pressure to buy anything at any point. We checked out a few vehicles, and settled on the right one for us. At this point, Capital is our first choice when it comes to buying a vehicle. Great staff, no pressure, fair prices. Follow up service was excellent as well. We brought our vehicle in for detailing a couple weeks later, and I was on a tight timeline to travel home after work . The courtesy ride service was too busy to pick me up at the time I needed, so one of the sales staff (Mirnal) offered to bring my vehicle to me. Excellent service. More
