Once I talked to Adam and starting looking at vehicles I was treated very well and received great service. He took the time to show me anything I was interested and provided all the details I wanted. Everyone seemed very upfront and informed me of any additional information they thought I might need. Adam was great and I never felt pressured or uninformed. Jenny in finance took the time to explain all of the payment details and answered any and all questions I had with patience and detail. The reason it is not a five star review was my initial visit. I was referred by a friend to see Adam (who was busy with another customer at the time), but had I not been, I may not have returned. I looked around for almost 45 min in the lot and went inside but was never offered any help or approached at all. I am glad that I returned but I can't say I would have in another type of circumstance. After that initial visit I never lacked good service but I could see having not returned after being ignored.
