He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know a great deal about the common 2012 Fiat issues and servicing they require. He was very friendly and easy to deal with, it felt like he was really there to help me and cared about the experience I had. No one likes having to bring their car in for service but Nick made it a much more enjoyable experience. More

False vehicle listings, non-responsive and rude This dealership listed a vehicle on autotrader that they had already sold, then did not respond to my (24 hours notice) email requesting an appointmen This dealership listed a vehicle on autotrader that they had already sold, then did not respond to my (24 hours notice) email requesting an appointment to test drive the car. When I showed up for the test drive, I was brusquely told that the vehicle was already sold. Needless to say, this was a very poor experience. Specifically: * After the vehicle was sold, it should have been updated to show that on autotrader. * My email should have been answered before I drove out to the dealership. * When I arrived, having wasted my time because they chose not to respond all day to my email, there should have been a sincere and profuse apology. One failure I could understand. All three tells me that this operation does not care about their (potential) customers. P.S. the receptionist even had to pry a sales guy loose from the gaggle that were chatting amongst themselves when I arrived. Spectacular fail! More
