Steve looked after us from top to bottom. He helped guide us to our purchase of another Dodge Journey. Scott Hamilton, who was our sales person when we bought our original Journey, was also assisting. We had such great people helping us. No pressure, no push. The way we like it. I was in today with the new Journey for a minor adjustment. The service department was wonderful to deal with. Friendly,and efficient, so far. This is our first experience with the service department as our old dodge never let us down. I will recommend Capital Dodge to my friends, and will be back in the future myself. We told her what we were looking for in a vehicle and she had one brought around for us to test drive while she finished with her first client. She chose a vehicle that matched our expectations exactly...clearly why she is good at what she does! After loving the vehicle let then came time for the negotiations on price and trade. Again we layer out what our expectations were and in the end we were so close we could not refuse the deal! When picking up she walked me through all the new features this vehicle had and how to use them and made sure before I left the lot I was comfortable with everything. Then added I could call her directly if I had any questions or concerns. I went into Capital Dodge very unsure about trading my vehicle and starting over but with the guidance of Ms. Duncan I walked away a happy new Cherokee owner. More
