Disgraceful service how is this business still alive? I have been into capital dodge numerous times since buying my car in May of last year due to horrible noises. It’s a 2016 Dodge Charger. They haven’t been able to find anything every time. Finally after the advice of someone on the Kanata moms Facebook group I took the car to G & I automotive where I finally got the diagnosis of what was wrong. So I bring the report to Capital and am told “well they aren’t Chrysler/Dodge certified and maybe they aren’t familiar with this type of driveshaft. There is nothing wrong with your car.” So I bring it to a Chrysler dealership and get the same report that G & I provided and then some...so again I return to Capital. Now they’re refusing to fix my car, which is under warranty, and have suggested I don’t return to their dealership because I’m a disgruntled, difficult customer!!! All I wanted was acknowledgment that my car needs repairs and to have the warranty work done. I should not have to inconvenience myself by traveling to a further dealership to get warranty work done because Capital is embarrassed that they were wrong. Sean, Kyle, Ryan and Shane are all staff that I have been dealing with and their treatment towards me after proving them wrong has changed in such a disgraceful manner. They have long crossed the line of professionalism. They need to take their damaged egos, tuck it back inside where it doesn’t effect me and apologize for their comments and behaviour. Capital Dodge should acknowledge the defaults found, and fix my car. I strongly suggest that anyone buying a vehicle also read the post in the Kanata moms group on Facebook because there are many other negative experience stories there as well. There are 117 comments since I posted less then 24 hours ago. I would also suggest Jim read them as well, he should know how his business is truly being run by employees. More

Wouldn't tell anybody to shop here My son bought a 2013 Dodge Dart ,his first car from a dealer. Capital Dodge charges $999 Admin ,$55 for gas in a 50 ltr gas tank and on top up that $ My son bought a 2013 Dodge Dart ,his first car from a dealer. Capital Dodge charges $999 Admin ,$55 for gas in a 50 ltr gas tank and on top up that $90 dollar fee to register a lone. And to top it off we were told that he had to by a $1485 extended warranty or the finance rate would be 12% instead of 6.4% which is a total lie .When question about the warranty and the fuel cost Kent the finance "guru" got short and defensive and proceeded to tell us how hes been doing this for 25 yrs and adding the warranty to get better fiance rate is normal,then threatens to cancel the deal lol..... I guess it is that teenagers that dont know any better easy targets! . Finally after all that they sent him home with one key because "thats all they got " and a detailing job that doesn't include the engine compartment apparently. I sent an email to them with pictures and my concerns which even included the owner expecting at least an acknowledgement but nothing. Have a great Day GH More

It was very easy to have a conversation with Shannon, she is extremely friendly. She explained everything, and gave us her person number to text, always making sure we were kept in the loop. We could not have asked for a better sale representative, I will say again how please I was with this experience. My partner and I wanted something to travel with, the vehicle we picked is amazing, the ride is smooth as well has all the bells and whistles we were asking for. This is the second time I have bought a car from a lot, but the first time to leave feeling not cheated or nervous. I felt calm and happy leaving with a vehicle I knew would last me adding it's perfect for what I need and would not be possible without Shannon. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car, or even a new driver looking, to go see Shannon, her attitude can not be compaired, she was so nice and knowledgeable. Even days after we bought the car, she is still texting to check up on us and the vehicle every now and then. Makes me feel like she cares. I would like to add that everyone who helped us that day was amazing and friendly. Out of all the car lots we went to, Capital Dogde is by far the most friendly and real. More
