Very diligent person who takes the time and effort to do a good job. Seems like Nizar is a good manager. I would totally recommend Capital if you are in the market for a Chev, GMC, or Buick. Only thing they could have done different was delivered the Vehicle with a full tank of gas not just $75 worth (which is the limit) and on a full size truck that is not a full tank. That was the only thing unexpected. More
