I actually ended up purchasing two days prior at a different dealership and to my surprise the dealership worked with me even after the fact to put me in their vehicle for a cheaper price with identical trucks and took the full debt off my hands from the other dealership. this ended up saving me over 1000$ with no "catch 22" I was absolutely shocked and very thankful for the service they provided. I would/have been recommending them to all my family and friends as I was more then satisfied with the overall purchase. if I could rate 10 stars I would!! More

think before your vehicle get in service pls get a second opinion before you bringing to this shop or find another dealer because your wallet is gonna be upset for paying for nothing, if you pls get a second opinion before you bringing to this shop or find another dealer because your wallet is gonna be upset for paying for nothing, if you don't believe "tell your self why this dealership change this name to capital or call most of the towing truck in town ask any review from old southgate cheverolet and ask what are they rating on this shop, i will never ever for get this cheverolet capital at lake fraser drive in south calgary. imagine my car was driveable when i bring to this shop then all of the sudden my car wont drive anymore then i called towing truck to tow back to my place, i am trying to get my old parts so i can confirm if thats parts has failure but managers technician said i should tell them that i need my parts, as a customer you need to keep the old parts and show to the customer and explain so why you cant show to the customer because if they confirm that parts is not a cause of problem you will get in big trouble!. so i diagnose my self and it just a little injector inlet 10 dolalrs at pick and pull, not just guessing parts you don't even confirm or check. attention customer always get your old parts and re checked to someone know about car, my concern is the customer gave their trust to the shop and don't have any knowledge idea about fixing own vehicle, if i were the customer i rather bring to any shop not to this dealership... very sad, very disappointed,,,you know that money instead i buy a lot milk for my 4 months old son i was thought you are the trusted dealership but you guys are very dishonest,,,1200 dollars from my credit card, how many baby milk that i can buy for $1200,,, then i payed you for nothing, talked to the 2 service manager if i can get even half price the for the service, because they did not even fix my car they just ruin my car imagine i drove fro my place to dealership and after that they call me and said your car is ready for pick up then after i got my key my car is totally not driveable what the f---, pls pls attention customer from this dealership,,, very dishonest More

It's been 5 years since my last new vehicle purchase in this city, and I have purchased from many different dealerships across town over the years. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Capital Chevrolet when purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman's name that sold me my brand new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Centennial Edition is Myron Darr. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and never pushy. He made the transaction and negotiation absolutely stress free from start to finish. When I picked up my new vehicle on delivery day he was out there tending to every detail, wiping it down himself and making sure the truck was spotless as if it were his own. I've never seen such work ethic and care from any salesman or dealer after selling me a vehicle. I really appreciate the other staff as well, as they are all very friendly and don't make you feel like 'just a number'.
