He continually tried to up sell me on things like under coating tinted windows , special warranty. I almost walked out on the deal and will next time if anyone tries this again. If you want to sell me something then make that part of the sales and negotiation process with the sales rep. Don’t arrive a final deal then try to up sell after the fact. It’s not transparent and really ticked me off. Change this process if you want to see me again I. Your showroom and if you want me to recommend you to friends. More
