Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. Poor experience in receiving a new (dirty) vehicle, even after the vehicle was so called detailed the second time it was still dirty. After sending photos of the dirty spots the salesperson tried to put the after the vehicle was so called detailed the second time it was still dirty. After sending photos of the dirty spots the salesperson tried to put the blame on me. As even my neighbor's stated that the rims where still dirt as when I ordinally picked up the vehicle. I also experienced the Dealership Members didn't get a hold of me to finalize the details of purchasing because they had my name, number and email address wrong!!! I had to contact them 2-3 working days later to inquire about the final details of the purchase of the vehicle. I don't not feel as a Valued Customer as the Dealership has taken away my New Vehicle experience! More

The best dealership out there!!! I have been going to this dealership and Basil Silas for years now because I am so happy with the service and care I receive every time. This is my third time now leasing one of the Cadillac crossovers, going from an SRX, to an XT4, to now and XT5. I love everything about this car -- from it's luxury features, to the drive, to the colour!! Basil found me the nicest colour for this car - a shadow metallic blue. I am in love with it!! Basil is also the kindest, nicest person I have ever met. He is so caring and really makes sure that you leave the dealership happy. He makes the process so easy and enjoyable. The rest of the team I met and dealt with is also awesome! Rob Powell made the paperwork a breeze and was a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership. More
