A couple of days later on our appointment both Basil and his sales manager gave me the feeling while reviewing my trade in and settling on the final numbers that they appreciated my business and didn't spare on any effort to get it. On the delivery day the car was spotless and Basil took time to explain me the features of this Cruze LT and help me set up the bluetooth connection to my cell. Although the dealership is a bit out of our way (we live in the Niagara Region) we are most satisfied with their service and plan to revisit for our future automobile needs. More

A special thanks to Henry and the service manager! To my surprise as I was waiting for my new Saturn Outlook to be ready they were replacing the tires on the front that I had concerns about.
