For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. I came into Budds chevrolet to take a look at the 2009 Chevy Aveo for my wife. I saw the vehicle at a great price on their website and contact Budds' Chevrolet , I took the car for a test drive with my wi Chevy Aveo for my wife. I dealt with Basil Silas, A great guy and very professional who was quick to listen and very attentive with us. He was very thorough in explaining the conditions of the vehicle and all the things that were done nicely on the car, when we came back to pick up the car was very nice that we could not recognized it and I can say that Budds' Chevrolet added a lot of value to my wife's car that really looked like brand new and thanks to Basil Silas and his OUTSTADING SERVICE!!! I will definitely come back to Budds' Chevrolet for our next car purchase to deal with the amazing team and specially with Basil Silas that delivered a great professional service. we are very happy with the purchase and we will recommend you with our families and friends to have the same experience we had with Basil at Budds' Chevrolet. My experience at Budds was exceptionally good. Chris was very patient, totally understanding and very professional. All the things you want in a sales representative. The purchase of a car, for me at lea very patient, totally understanding and very professional. All the things you want in a sales representative. The purchase of a car, for me at least, wasn't insignificant and the last thing I needed or wanted was a sales person who can't keep quiet long enough for me to make up my mind. The week of shopping for a car was stressful. I went to other dealers like Ford the guy wouldn't shut up. Mazda sales person wouldn't let me take the car for a test drive without him in it constantly chattering. Nissan rep was condescending. I don't know if it is because I am a woman and not exactly in my prime or what. Could be because I wasn't buying a big gas guzzler or the most expensive vehicle in the shop. Experience at Budds dealership was a breath of fresh air. I don't know what all the other sales people there are like but Chris was totally respectful of me and my daughter. For that I am grateful and I have and will keep telling my friends and family about the service. I have to add that anyone I encountered in the showroom was very nice, lots of smiley people there. I FOUND THE CAR CAR ON THE INTERNET.CONTACTED THE DEALER BY EMAIL AND FROM THAT POINT ON THIS WAS A STRAIGHT FORWARD DEAL AND ENJOYABLE.I HAD TO DRIVE 150 KM TO DEALER,BUT IT WAS WORTH DEALING WITH CHRIS AN BY EMAIL AND FROM THAT POINT ON THIS WAS A STRAIGHT FORWARD DEAL AND ENJOYABLE.I HAD TO DRIVE 150 KM TO DEALER,BUT IT WAS WORTH DEALING WITH CHRIS AND ALL OTHERS I MET AT THE DEALERSHIP.NICE TO SEE A DEALERSHIP THAT SAID WHAT THEY WOULD DO AND DID IT.SAD TO SAY THAT I WILL NOT BE GET SERVICE AT THE DEALERSHIP DUE TO THE DISTANCE,BUT IF CLOSER I WOULD.THANK CHRIS-"ENJOYING THE CAR"CHEV SONIC. I purchased a used car sight-unseen because I live in Windsor and didn't have time to actually look at the vehicle. What initially attracted me to Budds' was the very competitive price, one of the best p Windsor and didn't have time to actually look at the vehicle. What initially attracted me to Budds' was the very competitive price, one of the best prices I had seen online for the vehicle during my research and I knew I had to act fast if I wanted to purchase the car or it would be sold. Living in Windsor, I had never heard of Budds' so I did my research and found excellent ratings for them on this site as well as Google. That gave me the confidence to move forward and contact their Sales to find out more about the vehicle. My Sales Consultant was Basil Silas and he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also returned my calls promptly and even worked with me after my working hours to finalize the sale. Basil took the time to describe the vehicle to me and assured me that it was in outstanding condition and I would not be disappointed, which probably was my biggest concern. Based on Budds' reputation and taking Basil at his word, I made an offer on the vehicle which was accepted. The whole process was very professional and thorough... basically I dropped my old car off, and picked up my new vehicle with brand new plates and drove it home. Basil explained all the documentation to me and had everything ready to go when I arrived. When he showed me the vehicle I was shocked - it looked like a brand new vehicle and he was true to his word... I honestly couldn't have been more pleased. Budds' looks like they really care about customers... the vehicle was even stored inside for our walk around before I drove it away. Finally, Basil took the time to point out the features of the vehicle and even set up my phone to the Bluetooth as my older car didn't have Bluetooth. It's reassuring to know there are dealers like Budds' and Sales Consultants like Basil out there - I would recommend if anyone is looking for a GM vehicle, check this dealer out and ask for Basil. I drove back home to Windsor, the car drove beautifully... like a brand new car. Unbelievable. Thanks Budds' and Basil and hopefully we'll do business again in the future. Paul More

My wife and I's expirience was mostly excilent because the people we delt with were very friendly and helpfull. We purchased a used ford for around $17000 and without even negotiating it, the mino because the people we delt with were very friendly and helpfull. We purchased a used ford for around $17000 and without even negotiating it, the minor dents in the vehicle were repaired and when we picked up the car it had been thoughrally cleaned and waxed, plus the gas tank was filled. The gas tank being filled meant a great deal to me not because of the value of the gas(virtually nothing compared to the purchase price), but because in 1999 I spent $44000 on a new 1ton 4X4 diesel dually and tank was pretty much empty when I picked it up. So it shocked me to say the least that we got a full tank on a used $17000 vehicle. Thanks again Budds and I will be back!!! More
