For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. I was in the market for a replacement vehicle and was indecisive as to which brand to choose. I considered both new and pre owned. Chris was an outstanding embassador for Budds through his respect for time commitments, his proffesionalism and thorough knowledge of the vehicles we reviewed. I was surprised as to how much I enjoyed the experience with Chris. Purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting task that is quite overwhelming, Chris was excellent at outlining the options in my budget range and more importantly, that fit my personality. Mr Cheevers made my overall time with Budd's relaxing yet focused on the goal at hand. Ultimately I purchased a brand that was not in that inventory, however I was so impressed with Budd's and the caliber of their staff that I ended up purchasing another vehicle that was once in their inventory. The fact that the vehicle was from Budd's closed the deal for me. Thanks Chris! More

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from this dealership. Basil is a very responsive sales associate. Every time we sent him an e-mail, he responded very promptly and, during business hours, we could almost always reach him by phone. He is also extremely pleasant, friendly and attentive in his demaenour. It took a while to get our truck delivered from Chevy, but Basil kept us in the loop. We also ended up with a better financial deal by the time we received our truck. And last but not least, we dealt with Robert Powell for our after-sales additions and financing needs. He was very professional, informed us well of all our options, without putting undue pressure on us. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation, and specifically Basil as a sales person. More

I saw the vehicle at the Toronto Auto show.Even though my cur I came into Budds GMC to try and get some pricing on a new GMC Terrain-Denali Edition. I saw the vehicle at the Toronto Auto show.Even though my current lease isn't ending for another 5 months, I was interested in the vehicle and decieded to contact Budds for a test drive and to get some ballpark pricing. I dealt with Chris Cheevers, who was quick to listen to my situation. Chris took me on a test drive, was very thorough in explaining the vehicle's features. I explained the other "comparison" vehicles, and Chris was quick to reinforce the Terrain's value.He also took the time to explain the dealerships value-added services. Chris quickly ran the numbers on my current lease, and came up with the scenarios. I will definitely consider GMC and Budds, because of the quick and courteous service Chris provided. More

I came into Budds chevrolet to take a look at the 2009 Chevy Aveo for my wife. I dealt with Basil Silas, A great guy and very professional who was quick to listen and very attentive with us. He was very thorough in explaining the conditions of the vehicle and all the things that were done nicely on the car, when we came back to pick up the car was very nice that we could not recognized it and I can say that Budds' Chevrolet added a lot of value to my wife's car that really looked like brand new and thanks to Basil Silas and his OUTSTADING SERVICE!!! My experience at Budds was exceptionally good. Chris was very patient, totally understanding and very professional. All the things you want in a sales representative. The purchase of a car, for me at lea very patient, totally understanding and very professional. All the things you want in a sales representative. The purchase of a car, for me at least, wasn't insignificant and the last thing I needed or wanted was a sales person who can't keep quiet long enough for me to make up my mind. The week of shopping for a car was stressful. I went to other dealers like Ford the guy wouldn't shut up. Mazda sales person wouldn't let me take the car for a test drive without him in it constantly chattering. Nissan rep was condescending. I don't know if it is because I am a woman and not exactly in my prime or what. Could be because I wasn't buying a big gas guzzler or the most expensive vehicle in the shop. Experience at Budds dealership was a breath of fresh air. I don't know what all the other sales people there are like but Chris was totally respectful of me and my daughter. For that I am grateful and I have and will keep telling my friends and family about the service. I have to add that anyone I encountered in the showroom was very nice, lots of smiley people there.
