Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. The Chevy Trailblazer we ordered was missing a key safety feature we agreed to on the bill of sale. Instead of calmly discussing alternatives, the Sales Manager here, Jason Blain, let us know he didn't care feature we agreed to on the bill of sale. Instead of calmly discussing alternatives, the Sales Manager here, Jason Blain, let us know he didn't care because the car was already delivered, and that another customer would replace us if we didn't want it. When we tried to negotiate, Jason left the room with no warning, completely ignoring us. Jason did a great job making sure we knew we were easily replaceable, and that there is value to us as customers. This was my first car lease, and will likely be my last with Chevy here after this experience ruining my birthday gift. More
