Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. Another great experience with Budd's Chev and Farid! It was time to return for a new lease... return the Cobalt and take a look at the 2014 Sonic. Once again, Farid took excellent care of me. He took the time to explain all the features (even though I knew I wouldn't remember them). When I picked up the Sonic, he took time again, to explain things again!! I never felt rushed or that he was anxious to move on. He was patient, informative and very helpful (and friendly). This was another great experience with Budd's Chev and Farid. I would like to add Rob Powell to this..... he took care of the financials in a relatively painless manner! More

True Customer care experience! Experienced true customer care at Budd's. Atmosphere inside the showroom is friendly. Staff is very friendly, cooperative and prompt. Our sales rep Mr Experienced true customer care at Budd's. Atmosphere inside the showroom is friendly. Staff is very friendly, cooperative and prompt. Our sales rep Mr. Bill, is very cooperative, well trained and well equipped with sales skills. He helped us describing all the aspects of the vehicle we were looking for. Because we had been to many dealerships before coming to Budd's so we can feel difference. I would never forget to name Mr. Rob Powell for all his help in making our dream come true by getting our finance approved. At the time delivery all the commitments were made and we were provided with a vehicle which was promised along with all four brand tires, new battery and full tank of gas. We were provided with a pick up service from home in Mississauga to Budd's showroom in Oakville so that we can drive our new car. What else a customer can expect. Thank you Budd's and particularly Mr. Bill for all your help. More

purchase 07 king ranch Never bought over the internet before....didn't know anything about Budd Chevrolet, but I sure do now. We both hung in there to produce the sale of Never bought over the internet before....didn't know anything about Budd Chevrolet, but I sure do now. We both hung in there to produce the sale of the vehicle with the req'd conditions I asked for. Then upon pick-up, they surprised me with the detailing of the truck, engine wash, paint chip touch up, leather upholstery re conditioning I hadn't specifically asked for....I was buying used, right? Well, the truck looks as near showroom perfect as you can imagine. Upon taking delivery, noticed a few things not seen during the making of the sale.....immediately went into the service area and corrected to my satisfaction. A locked hitch assembly on the receiver was also asked to be cut off as the original owner had not supplied a key for it....done as requested on the spot. Also, only 1 key fob was given at time of delivery....immediately it was ok'd for me to go to a Ford dealer, and purchase another one and then told to send the bill back to Budd. Amazing....I was told that they wanted to make sure that as an out of towner I would be happy, and that only if I was happy, they would be happy...never got this type of philosophy or service before...probably won't get it elsewhere either as I now have a place to go for buying vehicles. Good Used Car Experience Bought a Chev Suburban from Budds. Salesman was Basil and Manager was Rich. Both were great to deal with - very friendly without being overbearing. Ex Bought a Chev Suburban from Budds. Salesman was Basil and Manager was Rich. Both were great to deal with - very friendly without being overbearing. Experience was good start to finish. Has a minor concern in the middle of the process and Rich was very helpful and accommodating to ensure My concerns were completely taken care of. Picked up the vehicle today - was ready on time, very clean and Basil was great and patient to show us all of the key features. Would definitely purchase from Budds again. More
