He was very clear about what was and was not included with the purchase and he was open to reasonable negotiation. Even though it was a german manufacturer, he and the service team were able to repair some minor imperfections that were noted on the test drive at no extra cost. Safety and etest were included in dale price and there were no hidden fees. Would recommend this team to any one in the market for a pre-owned car and desire a straight forward service. More

Happy I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating.
