Other dealers neither respond to voice mail nor email. Through Beverly, coordinated a same-day test drive. We talked for a long while. Beverly answered my questions and ultimately worked out a deal. Trading my existing truck was not stressful. I left feeling like my trade had value and it was appraised as such.
