Above and beyond I required a part for my new p/u. I was determined to be covered under the warranty. One of their employees lives near me so rather that making the 50 I required a part for my new p/u. I was determined to be covered under the warranty. The best! I purchased my Camaro from Budd's in 2014. I figured I'd take it there for service too, since they were familiar with my car (I bought it used) Whe I purchased my Camaro from Budd's in 2014. I figured I'd take it there for service too, since they were familiar with my car (I bought it used) When you purchase a new car (a new/used car even) you never want things to go wrong. But it happens. It's a fact of life. Thankfully, nothing serious has happened to my car. Just a couple minor things (oil leak, power steering leak) etc. In any case, nobody really WANTS to go to get their car serviced. We all have busy lives. Things to do. When I go to Budd's for service, I know I am getting the best service possible. They always take really good care of me. I get that "peace of mind" feeling that you want when you're dealing with a car you love. They explain everything to me in detail, and go out of their way for me. That is so rare these days. I don't want this review to sound generic even though it probably does. I want to stress the point that these people know what they are doing and they will make sure you are a satisfied customer. The second you step out of your car, you are greeting by friendly staff who are extremely helpful. I live in Etobicoke. There is a certified Chevrolet service centre/dealership 10 minutes from my place. I'm sure they are great, but I take the 25 minute drive to Oakville because I am absolutely certain I'll get the best service possible. These people can not be matched. They are the best and I am a truly happy customer. I'd like to give a shout-out to Caitlin McLeod because she has on several occasions made sure I was taken care of. I've worked in customer service for many years, so I know when someone is going above and beyond. Great service needs to be recognized. She's amazing! I just want to close off by saying I obviously don't want my car to break down. But if it does, I know I'm in good hands. More

From the first contact with Beverly, I knew I was in good hands. I live in Cambridge so a lot of our first communications were over phone and email, but I told her exactly what I was looking for and she said to leave it with her. I got a call the next day and she said they had found a car and are bringing it in for me to check out. It was the exact car and payment I was looking for. That weekend I went to the dealership with such excitement and finally put a face to the lovely woman I had been bugging with many questions. She welcomed me with a big hug and we sat down to discuss the car. I went for a test drive and was sold (and happier than a kid on Christmas). I never once felt pressured by Beverly to buy the car which was refreshing from previous experiences, but with getting me exactly what I wanted it was too good of a deal to pass up. I would also like to thank Rob who was very helpful with all my questions while going through the financing process as this was my first new car. I have had my 2016 Chevy Sonic (named Betty) for 2 weeks and I can't wait for all adventures ahead. More

Outstanding and professional I was on the internet and looking to replace my 2001 DTS and noticed a couple of vehicles at Budd's . I set up test drives with several Cadillac dealerships and was treated extremely well at Budd's. I put in an offer at another dealership - and through a series of 'not so professional' instances (no test drive available, trying to sell a car in the service area, suggesting it was in simply for a MINOR repair where once things were FULLY investigated was in fact a BIG repair... etc.) that I found myself back at Budd's with Chris Cheevers. VERY professional, organized, courteous and he extended the utmost customer service. A breath of fresh air. I'll be back. More
