For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. In every interaction, from then initial call right through the delivery of the vehicle, Cameron, was professional, prompt and helpful and was able to give me a great deal on a vehicle I now thoroughly enjoy. Despite some hiccups with getting a trailer hitch installed after vehicle delivery, Cameron and Juan from the service team went above and beyond to have the issue resolved and ensure positive customer experience – well done guys and thank you! horrible experience I am from the est coast of Québec, and I searched on auto trader for a vehicue, the one I found the most to my liking happened to be at Budds. i had t I am from the est coast of Québec, and I searched on auto trader for a vehicue, the one I found the most to my liking happened to be at Budds. i had tried a couple times to put a deposit on the vehicule to reserve it but was refused. I had also lined up a friend from Burlington to stop by to check it out for me as i am so far away i need to take an airplane to get to Oakville and purchase the vehicule. That being said i would only make one trip, which is why i was relying on my friend to go over the vehicule for me. At 10:30am on th 15th i was notified that the vehicule was indeed available, but on the 16th at 8:00 am when i searched online, the vehicule was no longer available, after inquiring, i received confirmation that it has been sold. VERY disapointed in the service, was looking foward to purchasing that vehicule. I guess i will take my business elsewhere! More

Poor and Rude customer service I returned my lease vehicle 8500KM under my lease allowance and that too 9 days prior to lease expiry in mint condition. I had small curb rash on one I returned my lease vehicle 8500KM under my lease allowance and that too 9 days prior to lease expiry in mint condition. I had small curb rash on one of the wheels (Pictures can be provided). I was told that entire rim is damaged and needs to be replaced. It will cost me close to $700. I tried explaining to the manager that this could be touched up and repaired which will save both of us money but he insisted that rim is damaged and only resolution is to replace it with brand new rim. Jason Blain was rude, inconsiderate and had zero customer service skills. When I asked him not to be rude otherwise only option I have is to share my experience dealing with you on the Social Media. He took offence to it that I am threatening him. I left the dealership with sour taste in my mouth. I would never buy any vehicle from Budds' Chev or GM vehicles in general. More

That's why when I needed a new vehicle I didn't hesitate to go to Budds.' My experience with the Sales rep - Basil Silas was great. I told him what I wanted and he advised me what was available and in my budget, without any hassles. Then on to Finance, Rob Powell was helpful in explaining everything before I signed, so that I could make informed decisions and not have to wonder later on "what did I just sign? I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
