This Budds For Me Was in the market for a late model, used, larger SUV. Came to the conclusion that the Enclave was my target. Found 13 in Southern Ontario with options I wanted, one at Budd's was one of three with the best price, yet had 1/2 the km on it compared to the others. Kathryn arranged a test drive and we traveled across the GTA to see it. Actually took the car to a Honda Dealership to side by side compare with a Honda Pilot before making our decision. We purchased the car, and over the next few days (to keep this short) Budds went to great lengths to ensure all the tweaks and repairs needed were completed. The no "dicker sticker price" on this used car was a better experience than I planned ( even though I tried to get a discount). I knew that this was the best price I could find already, and nothing has made me believe " I could have done better".I can not say that with many of my previous car purchases. The fact that the car was going to have to pass a 150 point GMC Certified inspection ( details can be seen online) was comforting. That was a far more extensive inspection than I was going to get buying privately. I have been away from all General Motors Products for a full decade. Basil Silas is an excellent I recently visited Budd's Cadillac to "look" at the new Escalades, 3 hours later I was the proud new owner of an Escalade! Basil Silas is an excellent person to deal with, very calm and informative. I am not tech savvy, and by the time I drove home, he had emailed me with line by line instructions for something I wanted to do with my phone! As well I found a wonderful surprise in my console that we had discussed! Basil is not only the best dressed person around, he is as great as he looks! I even talked with one of the mechanics (sorry did not get your name) and he was so nice and helpful, as well as Rob Powell in Finance as he answered a lot of my questions also, and always made a point of coming to meet with us. Surprise Delivery I had decided to check out the Chevy Bolt but upon calling several dealerships, not only did they not have any, there was a wait list for what ever ea I had decided to check out the Chevy Bolt but upon calling several dealerships, not only did they not have any, there was a wait list for what ever each dealer was going to receive. I started looking into it in June /July. I finally called Budds and was connected to Basil. He gave me the same information but told me to come in anyways that look at the Volt as the styling was similar. No one other than dealer offered to do that. When I arrived Basil spoke to me about both the Volt and the Bolt vehicles. He advised that I could put a deposit on the the 2018 model Bolt if I could wait until next year even though there were several people ahead of me. He answered my many questions & was very informative. I decided I needed to test drive a Bolt & went to the EV Drive Centre in Toronto & after that, I came in soon after & put money on a 2018 hoping my car would last until it came in. This was at the beginning of August. A few weeks later, Basil surprised me & called to say that if I wanted a 2017 Bolt, he had one in could have off the manufacturing floor. It was a great surprise and I jumped on it. Needless to say after thinking that I'd never see a car until over a year later, it was great to snag one & in glad Basil though of me. It was an easy purchase and I'm glad it made the decision to go to this dealership. More
