Purchase of My Leased Car Two years ago, I leased my new car from Budd's through Basil Silas. This December I purchased that car with the assistance os Basil Silas as my Sales Representative and Robert Powell - Business Manager. I cannot stress enough the professionalism of these two gentlemen. On my first visit, Robert was extremely efficient and thorough in preparing the paperwork and and gaining financial approval for the purchase. All this was completed within thirty minutes. Extraordinary! When I returned later to sign the final papers. Everything was prepared and ready when I arrived. No fuss or waiting. From the beginning, Basil has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable about every aspect of the transfer. He guided me through the paperwork and answered my questions directly. He also was well organized with all the final copies of paperwork to sign, so all went well and quickly. Highest marks to both these gentlemen. I als have to highly recommend the Service Department, both Jennifer Peaker and Sean Dick for their helpfulness, personal attention, and thoroughness.
