In speaking with our Service Advisor and Service Manager, they indicated they had been advised by you that your vehicle was an 8 speed when it is in fact a 6 speed. An 8 speed is lifetime fluid and the 6 speed is to have fluid changes completed. We have a fluid schedule that we would be happy to email to you, if you wish. Booked an oil change a week ahead and still had to wait 1 hr and 20 minutes. Not impressed Couldn't get the oil cap off so I had to pay 35$ for new cap. Not impressed More

It is typical for an oil change to take 1 hr, because unlike quick lube places, as part of our Service First, we lightly vacuum and rinse your vehicle before it goes in for service. Then, once on the hoist we complete a POM courtesy inspection to ensure all is in good working order. We apologize for the extra time it took this oil change during super busy tire season.
