Left my car for repair on Apr 9th, no date of pick up, just keep telling me tomorrow and tomorrow, no car for 10 days, no loaner, no reply until I had to borrow someone's car to go in person to the worksh just keep telling me tomorrow and tomorrow, no car for 10 days, no loaner, no reply until I had to borrow someone's car to go in person to the workshop to escalate the issue and then having spent $3500 to repair my car, 1 week later, same issue arose and advisor is saying it's not the same issue and asking me to pay $1000 to repair. Ridiculous and felt scammed. The worst workshop experience I ever had in my life. More

If you want excellent service see Eddie. I recently changed to summer tires and Eddie was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! He went above and beyond to look after me. BMW Markham is always friendly and reliable. I didn't even have an appointment I just drove straight there when my tire had a problem. Their pricing policy takes the hassle and stress out of having to bargain when buying a new car. Salesperson was patient and helped me pick the options that I wanted. The car has many options and safety features and the staff was always ready to help me when I was having trouble setting up or changing an option.
