Jazzbluechally, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I welcome all reviews positive or otherwise. First and foremost, in regards to vehicle pricing. You called me on an ad I had placed on an alternate website. The pricing of $21980 matched that of our dealership Budget Car Sales website. In conversation, initially you had asked me if we were opens to offers at the price of 21980, I replied yes. I shortly learned thereafter, the vehicle had just been priced reduced to $20680 and I texted you straight away letting you know of this price reduction. Upon meeting you and your Mom, we all went for a test drive in the vehicle. After the demonstration, we all came into my office to review the vehicle history. It was then you decided to submit a purchase offer less than that of our just reduced price. As we are an internet based dealership with live market pricing, our vehicle pricing was the lowest price of any Chrysler 200 offered within the Greater Vancouver area. That being said, as you agreed, the pricing was excellent and you purchased. I didn't mean to mislead you with the assumption you could get a better deal and for that I apologized to you and your Mom. In closing, I thank you again for your business and I know the car is going to work out fine for you and your family. Congratulations on your new baby as well. Drive safe, Nicole Pickering
