From the moment I arrived and was met by Mike, then introduced to Rob, I knew I would be treated as a valued customer , the fear of being a female buyer was quickly gone.. I went to BCS to check out cars and ended up getting my first car! Mike is fantastic - patient, kind, and always tries his best to answer my questions or requests. Everyone there seems to be so nice, and I like that they are chill and professional at the same time. All the paperwork is properly done even when I was paying the deposit to secure the car, which puts my mind at ease. They also fully disclose everything (accidents, services etc.) about the history of the car, and the CARFAX report is free to view for any car on their website, and I appreciate a lot about their transparency. They are still very helpful even after the purchase when I have questions or issues that come up. The overall shopping experience is great. Thanks so much for all the help BCS! Wish all the best.
