Being from out of town I did quite a bit of online research looking for a Ford Fusion hybrid and BCS had the best one that ticked all the boxes. I've bought a few cars from used car lots and had my gu research looking for a Ford Fusion hybrid and BCS had the best one that ticked all the boxes. I've bought a few cars from used car lots and had my guard up going in but I can honestly say I'm 100% happy with my decision. My sales associate, Michael Young, and the manager, James Henderson went above and beyond to make certain that I was totally comfortable with my purchase. I went back and forth with Michael online about all my questions and concerns and he had all the answers and if he didn't, he found them and at no time did I ever feel rushed to make a decision. What they said they would do they delivered on, no surprises, I don't think I've ever said that when buying from a car lot. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, they would be my first stop, Thanks again guys, I LOVE the car!! More

From the moment I arrived and was met by Mike, then introduced to Rob, I knew I would be treated as a valued customer , the fear of being a female buyer was quickly gone.. My test drive on day 2 and t introduced to Rob, I knew I would be treated as a valued customer , the fear of being a female buyer was quickly gone.. My test drive on day 2 and the one on one courteous attention from the sales manager was excellent. The entire staff all showed a genuine interest in answering my concerns. I went to BCS to check out cars and ended up getting my first car! Mike is fantastic - patient, kind, and always tries his best to answer my questions or requests. Everyone there seems to be so nice, and I first car! Mike is fantastic - patient, kind, and always tries his best to answer my questions or requests. Everyone there seems to be so nice, and I like that they are chill and professional at the same time. All the paperwork is properly done even when I was paying the deposit to secure the car, which puts my mind at ease. They also fully disclose everything (accidents, services etc.) about the history of the car, and the CARFAX report is free to view for any car on their website, and I appreciate a lot about their transparency. They are still very helpful even after the purchase when I have questions or issues that come up. The overall shopping experience is great. Thanks so much for all the help BCS! Wish all the best. A big thank you to Mike and the staff of BCS for a super smooth purchase experience adding another work van to our fleet. We are located on Vancouver Island and we did everything remotely. They were very receptive of our concerns of not being able to test drive the van and helped us with getting an independent review of the van before purchase. Bought a van here. There was no hard sell here, staff were friendly and very helpful. The van I bought had a problem with one tire so they replaced all the tires with new based on my choice of M&S or w were friendly and very helpful. Just bought a car here and I dont have enough good things to say about the experience. The staff were all friendly and patient, I didnt feel pressured to buy as I have at other used car lots. They gave me a to say about the experience. The staff were all friendly and patient, I didnt feel pressured to buy as I have at other used car lots. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and they had such a good selection of vehicles that I left with a new car the same day. I couldnt be happier. Will recommend this lot for anyone looking for a car. More
