All the staff took time to go through the entire process with me and even put the car seat in the new vehicle and hooked up my cell phone. They even followed up with a phone call in the evening to make sure I got home safely and that I was comfortable with the car. More

However, given the wide range of vehicles available and the pleasant, non-aggressive service provided by sales rep, James Henderson, we bit the bullet and left the lot several hours later with the exact car we wanted! Everyone was friendly, easy going and professional. Our brother in law bought his car from the same lot a decade ago. Today we traded in that vehicle and left as very satisfied customers. Would definitely recommend! More

I will keep going back I have purchased a car more than once from Budget because they are very competitive in their pricing. Once I decide to purchase a car, Shawn will keep I have purchased a car more than once from Budget because they are very competitive in their pricing. Once I decide to purchase a car, Shawn will keep an eye out and notify me once something suitable comes in. He is easy to work with and most important of all, he provides after sales service. My last car had an issue with a key and Shawn stuck with it until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction as opposed to just walking away after I had paid for the car....Shawn's helpful attitude takes away most of the risk of buying a used car! Awesome, easy service. Love it I came to budget after days of looking at other dealerships. I had not gone before because I thought oh its budget, it'll be crap because it's not a F I came to budget after days of looking at other dealerships. I had not gone before because I thought oh its budget, it'll be crap because it's not a Ford dealership (I was looking for a Ford Flex) Well I came in and I am glad I did. Right when I came Greg Ginter came out to greet me. Told him what I was there for. There were 2 Ford Flex's. They moved cars to get both vehicles out for me to test drive. I thought I wanted a Ford Flex limited but loved the SEL they had. I told Greg what I wanted to pay and we went to his office and made a deal within 15min! The other dealerships were soooo unwilling to negotiate. But Greg knew what I wanted and no xx. Best service I have had. I've had the vehicle for a few days now and so far so good! Thank you Greg at budget! More
