Being a single women with a 15 yr old son, i was hesitant to walk onto a car lot as it has been over 10 yrs since my last car purchased. The lot was very busy and all the sales people were busy, the manager to walk onto a car lot as it has been over 10 yrs since my last car purchased. The lot was very busy and all the sales people were busy, the manager Derrick approached me and introduced himself and explained that one of his trained sales people would be available to help me in a few minutes. He offered me a coffee and began talking with me and my Son and asking what it was i was looking for. I explained that my old car had given up the ghost, and my son was going to be driving next year and that i wanted something safe, reliable and good on gas, but would not be to much per month. He showed me around until his salesman was free and explained that his wife drives a Hyundai Sonota and his 17 yr old son is enjoying driving it. So after showing me other options as well we came back to the Sonota, and after about 15 minutes of him showing me the features and what i wanted to know, one of his salesman offered to have me test drive the car. We took our time and went on some quiter roads as i was not comfortable driving in the city. When we arrived back at the car lot, the salesman showed me the history of the car and the work that was done to make the car like new. My son and i decided to make an offer on the car and after some very light negotiations we came to an agreement on a price. I then was introduced to the finance guy and he did up the paperwork and was able to get my monthly payments lower that i expected. i was pleased in the overall experience. I did however notice a few days later a small chip in the windsheild which i had not noticed during the test drive. I called Derrick and he had a courtesy car for me a few days later and they repaired the chip. very happy. Catriona` More

This dealership has given me a total nightmare right from the slimy sales guy to the shoddy financing all the way to now as I have had so many problems with this one yr old car. They made so many false promi the slimy sales guy to the shoddy financing all the way to now as I have had so many problems with this one yr old car. They made so many false promises to new tires ,they weren`t new ,car totally detailed ,it was barely vacuumed ,and full tank of gas ,it was barely a 1/4 tank of gas. I said no life insurance ,he slid it in without confirming it with me .I have returned this car for a steering problem that they can`t fix and have had numerous loaners from their lot. Every one of these cars have something obviously wrong with them and I can tell u I would steer clear of them if I could do it over . Their guarantee are just a ploy and they will not honor it .BEWARE More
