Maddie is always extremely friendly and helpful - Took my Q7 in for a recall notice and, as usual, the service at Audi Kitchener-Waterloo was stellar. Maddie is always extremely friendly and helpful - answering my questions and getting me in and out of there as quickly as possible. And, who doesn't love a complimentary car wash - it always looks great and they even take the time to wipe down the inside of my car and clean out the dog hair.
