"Amazing Customer Service!"

I called Maddie when a check engine light came on. She gave me a list of possible causes and what to do to rule out something trivial. Needless to say, my light went off and it saved me from making the 1 hour trek to the service center for nothing, (which would have upset me greatly). I dealt with BMW before I bought my Q5, and their service center is the reason i will never buy another BMW!! Maddie is a gem, and I look forward to seeing her at my next service appointment! It's nice to see that there are people that know there jobs inside and out and truly care about providing the best customer service out there!! Thanks again Maddie!!

While getting into my Q5 I saw a nail in the front tire. I drove unannounced to my KW audi dealership. I was greeted with a warm smile and concern. While I had a complementary coffee my tire was repaired and I was on the road within 20 minutes. Now is that not 5 star service!!

Service was very efficient and the timing was as promised. We appreciated the complimentary cleaning of the car. It looked brand new. Our greeter even took the time to rub out a couple of minor scratches. Their extra effort was appreciated.

I have been driving automobiles for over 50 years and it doesn't get any better than this. From start to finish everyone is there to help in any way possible. After more than three years of service on my A4 I can tell you it is all real. Their commitment excels. When I have questions the service consultants have trouble explaining the technicians are right there to talk with you. In the past they have bent over backwards to help me and I will never forget that.

I have never had a bad experience at Audi Kitchener. I could not believe the warmth and care showed to me by the staff especially with my health conditions. They took the time to meet all my needs and comfort. When the bill comes, it is not a pain to take out my wallet and pay it.
