Had the brakes done in the Summer - now, a few months later, the service department is unable to remove the locking nuts they installed far too tightly when replacing the tires after brakes service. Recall work, oil change, brake pad check My Q5 diesel had a recall so I took it in. While there I had them do the service and oil change. The vehicle had about 70,000 kms on it. I was advised My Q5 diesel had a recall so I took it in. While there I had them do the service and oil change. The vehicle had about 70,000 kms on it. I was advised it needed new brake pads. Typically I do my own brake work so I declined saying I would do it myself. That week I took the wheels off to look at the brakes and found lots of brake pad material remaining. I just did the same check last week as the vehicle now has 120,000 kms on it. It still has lots of wear left of the brake pads so won't need replacement for a long time. Audi Kitchener-Waterloo flat out LIED to me about needed repairs. More

Dealership is way overrated. Called about rust warranty and they had me do their paperwork and gave me unrealistic turn around times. VW Waterloo and other Audi dealerships have their rust specialists fill and they had me do their paperwork and gave me unrealistic turn around times. VW Waterloo and other Audi dealerships have their rust specialists fill out the inspection paper work and bring you in for inspection within weeks. This dealership wants you to do their job for them and fill out their paperwork and then bring you in 2 months later to just do the inspection, and have you wait another 2 months for approval. Their proceas is obviously not on par with every other VW Audi dealer. Out of curioisity, apart from my superb experience with VW Waterloo, I called around Audi Oakville could bring me in next day for inspection and Audi of Hamilton same week. I also asked to forward my feedback to upper management and they just ignored my email. More

Amazing Customer Service! I called Maddie when a check engine light came on. She gave me a list of possible causes and what to do to rule out something trivial. Needless to say, my light went off and it saved me from making the 1 hour trek to the service center for nothing, (which would have upset me greatly). I dealt with BMW before I bought my Q5, and their service center is the reason i will never buy another BMW!! Maddie is a gem, and I look forward to seeing her at my next service appointment!
