I had multiple horrible experiences at Dalmar Motors in London where I am from. Every time I would leave there I would still have the same issue I went in for. I decided to go to Crosby Audi which is 1 hou London where I am from. Every time I would leave there I would still have the same issue I went in for. I decided to go to Crosby Audi which is 1 hour away from me because I was hoping that I would be treated better as a customer and a person. That decision was the best decision I ever made! They were so friendly, treated me so well, updated me on the status of my car, took the time to actually care about my concern instead of just brushing it off and saying that my car was fine like Dalmar did. They went above and beyond for me and I couldn't thank them enough!! My engine in my car was in such bad shape Kate the service manager had asked Audi Canada to carefully look at all the issues the car had, had and Audi Canada decided to replace the long block of my engine. Thanks to them I had an engine replacement and my car runs so well now! My car was there for almost a month and they constantly updated me and provided me with a rental. They made everything convenient for me not me make things convenient for them like at Dalmar. They gave me a time frame my car would be ready and it was ready in that exact time frame. Kevin Leeder the shop foreman personally took the time to hear what I had to say and work on my car himself. I couldn't thank them enough for all the help they gave me and the amazing service work that was done to my car!! I will be driving there for all my service needs even if they are an hour away because of their awesome service department! More
