Great West Chrysler THEY lie to their customers about the features included in the car, just to get sale. I bought brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler, i specifically asked the sales person if there are heated features included in the car, just to get sale. I bought brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler, i specifically asked the sales person if there are heated seats and heats steering wheel in the Jeep since i could not find under my test drive and we live in Alberta cold. He zoomed in on the computer and showed me the climate control and said YES Look!. But when i made the purchase was about to drive home i discovered there are no heated seats and steering wheel. I approached the sales person and he said there is only block heater in your Jeep Rubicon no heated seats and steering wheel. I even approached the sales General Manager (GM) straight day after and explained the situation, he said he will talk to the sales representative who sold me the car and get back to me. He never called back when i left a message again he called me and said you can come in we can install heated seats for you for extra money $$. Do not fell for their TRAP think twice before you make a purchase with them!! Do not trust what they say, they will say anything you want to listen to make their sale. I spent $67000 on a brand new JEEP why would i not spend little extra and have the feature included in this cold. I feel so depressed not happy with my Jeep. They were absolutely not worth my sale.
