Although my experience was great, the only problem I have is that floor liners were ordered at the time of the sale and I still have not received them. I was expecting them to be mailed to me but as of over is that floor liners were ordered at the time of the sale and I still have not received them. I was expecting them to be mailed to me but as of over a week ago, I have not received them nor have I had an update from the salesperson even though I was told that the liners had been received from the factory. Already paid for - just need to have them delivered to me. More

Spotted a new cutaway van that had just arrived, pictures were not even up on the site yet. Spoke with Shelley who immediately went out to the lot and took all the photos of the truck that I needed, sent the were not even up on the site yet.
