Edison was great i called him and told him what the problem with my vehicle was and he had me scheduled for service right away, they gave me a loner vehicle while mine was being serviced and i had my c problem with my vehicle was and he had me scheduled for service right away, they gave me a loner vehicle while mine was being serviced and i had my car back within one day. Had my car serviced the other day at Colonial West Fitchburg Ma. Was having a heat issue on my 2018 Chevy Trax. The service department Chris took care of my service needs excellent. Just took my 2018 Chevy Trax in for repair at Colonial West the other day. The service department took my car in for repair very quickly and gave a estimate for go ahead with the repair.
