Bought a 63000$ truck and discovered damage to the body that was not disclosed to me and should be obvious to the dealer. I can’t say enough about the staff Alex was a star player and selling me this vehicle, Gino very personable and made sure I got exactly what I needed And believe it or not the auxiliary staff Sean and Vinnie helped me out as much as they could prepare and paperwork for me and making sure that I feel comfortable the whole time I was there after all it was an eight hour experience. Edison, the Service Manager help me as well to make sure I have a sticker and well oiled and operating machine. I bought a 2018 Jeep about 5 weeks ago and and has been back in for service 5 times. The issue is not being fixed. I really hope they make this right by me and help me get into a different Jeep like the back in for service 5 times. The issue is not being fixed.
