I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Excellent attention and service during my vehicle evaluation and sales (lease) process. Everyone on staff was helpful and made the me feel valued as a customer. This is our 3rd vehicle (my first) either purchased or leased from Heritage Toyota. I am a lifelong GM guy who has moved to Toyota for not only the quality of the vehicles but more importantly, for the c leased from Heritage Toyota. I am a lifelong GM guy who has moved to Toyota for not only the quality of the vehicles but more importantly, for the customer service that we receive from the staff at Heritage. Daniel Pasco assisted me in finding the right vehicle to replace my vehicle that was totaled in the flood on 7-11-23. Christine Donahue put together the deal that worked best for us and I never felt any sales type of pressure from anyone at Heritage. Let us not forget to mention Rob Ploof. His hard work and ability to nurture customers especially after the sale is what keeps Heritage fresh in our minds. More

It was a pleasure to work with Billy Burke and the whole Heritage team. I described my wants and needs and Billy came up with what I feel is the perfect car for me. I met with a lot of different salesman lately, and Frankie was the only one that explained everything to me in detail, so that I understood everything. I appreciated this so much. Having just purchased our second new car from Heritage, our experiences have been positive ones. Both sales and service staff have been personable and knowledgeable in all our dealings.
