Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With a couple of years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before he jumped into the automotive world, he worked for over two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, Denver CO, and Portland OR. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore opportunities beyond what he'd known. Frankie loves traveling with his wife experiencing new places and cultures. You can find him in the gym, playing guitar, snowboarding, or in the kitchen when he's not at work. He loves to cook! As an Italian, it must be in his blood. :) If stranded on a deserted island, Frankie would want to have his family, a guitar, and a good knife. #AskforFrankie

We have gotten new cars in the past. and frankie truly cares about his customers. He is professional , knowledgeable and cares about what we needed. We expressed what we wanted and neede and frankie truly cares about his customers. He is professional , knowledgeable and cares about what we needed. We expressed what we wanted and needed in our new truck and frankie was able to find just what our perfect fit without breaking our budget! I have been converted to toyota although I never thought I would. We got my wife's car and our new truck with frankie and will look to work with him in the future! More

Frankie was great. We went to Heritage to scope out the Rav 4 hybrids and met Frankie. He was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Frankie kept us updated as to the arrival of our new car and we felt in the loop at all times. When it was time to go in for the final deal, Frankie worked with us at a reasonable clip so we didn't have to sit there all day to purchase a new car. It was an entirely positive experience. More
