I was running a tad late and he stayed later than usual and lined up the financing and sales work through electronic Docusign. I was in and out under 30 mins and negotiated the Costco price online!!! They are longstanding members of the Costco Auto program, and did not bail out for more profits during the pandemic when they could have sold their vehicles at 4-6K markups over MSRP. Instead they have chosen to create value with their customers by offering a fair price and trusting that generations of Toyota buyers will come back for additional vehicles and service. My family and I travelled almost 1000 miles round trip to honor the Heritage Auto group family in VT from NJ because of their great values and ethics. Maybe someday I will combine a ski trip with another Toyota RAV4 purchase! More

Chris Ferguson was an amazing salesman. He didn't pressure me into getting anything except what I wanted. He worked with me nonstop to get me driving in my new 2024 Rav4 Hybrid! Patrick from finance helped me with the coverage I wanted at a price that was doable as well! I'm beyond happy I chose this dealership. It was well worth my hour drive there! I'll continue to use them for all my needs. And hopefully I will be able to purchase another car with Chris again in the future! More

It was a pleasure to work with Billy Burke and the whole Heritage team. I described my wants and needs and Billy came up with what I feel is the perfect car for me.
