I am a 6th generation Vermonter and grew up in Montpelier. After high school I attended the Culinary Institue of America in Hyde Park, New York. I worked primarily on cruise ships until I got burned out on cooking and started in the building trades. I spent 10 years building and remodeling houses in the Richmond/Burlington area. My first truck was a 2002 Tacoma and I have been hooked on Toyota's style, performance and dependability ever since. My wife and I always had a great experience buying from Heritage, so when my body started telling me it was time to get out of building, Heritage Toyota was the first place I applied. In my free time I am a volunteer ski patroller at Bolton Valley, and I coach my son's little league team. I look forward to helping you with any new or preowned Toyota needs you have.

We keep our cars for a very long time which also speaks to the excellence of Heritage Toyota Auto Maintenance Program. We worked with Seth Giffin to find just the right vehicle for us. We had certain features we wanted. Seth was right on when he recommended a RAV 4 Hybid. This particular model had all of the features we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the hybrid vehicle and the capabilities of the specific car we were buying. We did not feel pressured to purchase or add on features we did not want. This was our best car buying experience that we have had. We highly recommend Seth and the team at Heritage Toyota. More

Recently submitted a scathing review regarding the dealership . Thinking about it that was unfair as dealership acknowledged issue existed nd made sincere effort to atone for. Seth was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was searching for a very specific car locally (Plattsburgh) and the dealers were not able to locate one. Seth quickly found the car and got it on o I was searching for a very specific car locally (Plattsburgh) and the dealers were not able to locate one. Seth quickly found the car and got it on order for me. Getting to pick up the car was a bit of a challenge due to the distance. Seth picked me up at the ferry and even had a courtesy return ferry ticket for me. At the dealership he quickly had me in and out. No pressure, took me for a test drive, organized insurance and NY DMV requirements. The financial manager (whose name I forget) again was efficient and no pressure. While Heritage is a bit of a drive for me I would certainly contact them first when I’m next in the market for a car. More
