Steve helped my fiancé and I purchase a new Rav4 Hybrid. He was wonderful to work with! He kept us appraised of updates regarding it being built and where it was in transit. Steve immediately informed me of a new Prius Prime that became unexpectedly available the day of purchase! I had my eyes on this vehicle for months, and was immediately put on a waitlist. Initially, coordinating monthly updates was very challenging and frustrating. Over the last 30 years plus, I have purchased several Toyota vehicles from Heritage. Last fall while my 2016 Avalon hybrid was in for a service appointment I walked over to the sales department. I met St Toyota vehicles from Heritage. Last fall while my 2016 Avalon hybrid was in for a service appointment I walked over to the sales department. I met Steve Kemp there. I made it clear I was just browsing and not really interested in any purchase. Despite this, Steve took the time to listen to me and to find out what I look for in a vehicle. He took my contact information. He said he would be in touch with more info on the new Toyota Crown which was replacing the Avalon. He did reach out and over several months we had several conversations. Steve never used "sales talk" or pressure tactics. He let me set the pace. Just a few days ago I got my new red Crown and I couldn't be happier. I especially like the improved mileage and all wheel drive! Having just purchased our second new car from Heritage, our experiences have been positive ones. Both sales and service staff have been personable and knowledgeable in all our dealings. Steve is the only reason I was able to get a new leased hybrid Rav when my old lease expired. He proactively reached out to me a few months before my lease expired, and because of this he was able to secur hybrid Rav when my old lease expired.
