Can’t say enough about the staff and experience at Lexus of Akron/Canton! Tammy our sales consultant was great. Very knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. Pete the general manager was also s of Akron/Canton! Tammy our sales consultant was great. Very knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. Pete the general manager was also super nice and very responsive to our needs. This is the fourth vehicle we have either purchased or leased with Lexus of Akron/Canton. This time it was a pre-owned vehicle and it was still a stellar experience. I’m sure this won’t my last vehicle from Lexus of Akron/Canton! More

From the time I stepped on to the lot, I was greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. I was initially just looking at vehicles, but because of the warm welcome, I quickly knew I was going to drive a smile and amazing customer service. I was initially just looking at vehicles, but because of the warm welcome, I quickly knew I was going to drive away with the perfect vehicle for me. I happened to have my black lab, Olive with me that day, and Yoko was quick to offer Olive the opportunity to join me inside the showroom. The entire staff was welcoming to both myself and Olive that first day and thereafter. The whole experience from start to when I drove off the lot was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Akron/Canton. I love my GX 460!! More

They tried to lowball me on my car and I did NOT accept that. Also, the lack of inventory is annoying. This dealership charged me $1,000 dollars to ship it over from another location and that is xxxxxxxx. that. Also, the lack of inventory is annoying.
