Jennifer was the only sales person who went the extra mile and worked with her vehicle manager to do a dealer trade to get the exact model that we wanted. She made the process incredibly easy. This is the first Lexus that my husband and I have ever purchased, and the Akron dealership made our experience. amazing. Tim went through all of the many options on our TX and explained how each worked which was wonderful and something no other dealership has done when we have purchased a vehicle. Ronny helped us complete all of our paperwork and was so enjoyable to talk with. I would highly recommend Jennifer as well as this particular dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Lexis. More

I really did not work with Jennifer. I ordered my car with Ruth Ham 10/12/24. Ruth would call sporadically about other Rx 350H that became available. I waited until my choice came in and picked up my vehicle 1/31/23. Ruth had moved to another position but was there when I got my car. I am so glad I waited for the vehicle I wanted. I had ordered all weather mats when I ordered the car. I reminded several individuals about the mats but still they were not available at the time I picked up the car. They were ordered and arrived within a week. This is not my first Lexus purchased at Akron Canton Lexus. Both my husband and I have been satisfied with the service we have received over the years. One recommendation would be to fix the car wash as it is always broken. In fact, I was going to bring my car in for a car wash February 19 but it was not functioning. More

A dealership is all about its people. And with folks like Jennifer Royce and Ruth Ham, you got a winner in Akron. This was a completely remote purchase, I had never done one, and it was a major purchase and a major decision. What made it easier is the immediate response and friendly nature of Joyce. She got back to me quickly, no matter how ridiculous my questions were. She provided me all the details, specs, price information, and other things I needed courteously and thoroughly. I would never have made this purchase with Akron Lexus (which is an hour and a half from where we live in Pittsburgh) if Joyce didn’t make me feel like I was in trusting hands. Then, when the time came to dot the i’s and spend the bucks, Ruth was also prompt and courteous and walked my wife through some complicated financial stuff such as wiring the money and taking care of all the taxes. I hope this review gets to the right people, the other survey I filled out was not as accurate. Did it too early in the morning! Thank you, I would do business with Akron Lexus again. More
