Best thing I can say is that it was a pleasant experience. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the RX 350 and worked with us to gain knowledge about the car and find the color combination that experience. There was no pressure to purchase the car only presenting information that made us comfortable. The price was fair based on my reviewing similar cars at other locations. The extended warranty and low mileage made the decision easy one when the car was found. More

Kari and the entire Lexus team are truly top notch professionals. My experience cannot be compared to anything my wife and I ever experienced. We were truly taken by surprise when we were walked into professionals. My experience cannot be compared to anything my wife and I ever experienced. We were truly taken by surprise when we were walked into the new car delivery area and observed two vehicles covered with covers and everyone clapping My wife had never seen the vehicles and it was spectacular. Of of course this was made possible by the fine leadership of their leader Shab. GO LEXUS!!!! More
