My husband and I went to Lexus of Akron and bought our first Lexus there. It was an awesome experience that I have with my salesman Mark and the entire staffs there. It was beyond my expectations. I have never had such a great experience purchasing a new car before. This is our first Lexus and we are very happy. Yoko was very sweet, honest and zero pressure. The other aspect I appreciated is that as a women coming in I was treated with pure professionalism and seriousness. This was not the case at other dealerships (Chevy/Toyota), they always asked me about my husbands thoughts and when he could come in and sit down. Thank you for that Yoko.
