Big Star Cadillac is always my favorite place to bring my car for service or to buy a car. I took my car for service to replace some parts and it was done within the same day. I would like to thank Karah Gonzales and everyone in service department for doing very good job. Everyone very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and helpful. Definitely 5 star and 10/10 excellent. I also want to thank Keith Mujica who was helping me with the process of buying my Cadillac Escalade in 2022. The process was very smooth from the start to end. The whole experience with Big Star Cadillac is 5 ⭐️ STARS!!! Definitely I strongly recommend Big Star Cadillac for all your car buying and service needs. Big Star Cadillac is always the best! More

I truly appreciated the remote purchase and delivery process since I am in a different city than the dealership. However, the interactions or lack thereof are a bit disappointing. I was not able to opt process since I am in a different city than the dealership. However, the interactions or lack thereof are a bit disappointing. I was not able to opt out of the extras added onto my vehicle, only to discover after receiving my vehicle, the paint protection prep they did scratched the paint on my vehicle, and the theft device was never installed (illegal?), or at least they won't provide me information on what it is. After washing off the dirt from the trip from Houston to Austin I noticed the swirled scratch marks all over, I contacted both the salesman (text) and the manager (email) to address these concerns, but both will not respond. Since purchasing my vehicle I have spent over $1K to repair my paint so that I can actually be happy with my new car. I could never consider buying another vehicle from this dealership due to the lack of after-sale business professionalism I have received. Update 2/26/2024: Jose was on vacation when trying to contact him, he has been very helpful since returning. Mike did contact me and has been transparent on the processes and we are working on a resolution to the paint repair expenses. More

Mike Pierce had to get involved at one point due to a finance issue and he worked things out for me so that I was satisfied. I’m grateful for the work that he, Keith, and Kelly put in to my deal. Things changed with adding my trade and all of these men went to work to make things happen for me. I’m grateful and pleased with Big Star. Even the receptionist was kind and friendly and calming when I was frustrated in the wait period. Again, a huge shout out to George which is the reason I bought at this dealership. A continuous gratitude to all the other staff making things work out to finalize the deal. More
