On a previous review I spoke of a customer service complaint stemming from a service of my car at the Ott's BMW in West Chester Pa, on February the 18th 2023. March 17th 2023, I have been made whole complaint stemming from a service of my car at the Ott's BMW in West Chester Pa, on February the 18th 2023. March 17th 2023, I have been made whole. J the service MGR did indeed step up and lead from a point of integrity. J did reimburse me for my damaged rims. I hope the owner views J as a key member of the problem solving team. The art of conflict resolution is a major asset to any company. it would seem as though Ott's service department is in capable hands. Thanks J. Bought the cat I wanted sight unseen with Scott’s help. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted at a great price with excellent financing the next day. I had to have a car before the stores Covid-19 shutdown. He made it happen. The whole process today from financing to a run through of the vehicle exceeded my expectations.
